MIAMI–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Element Solutions Inc (NYSE: ESI) announced today that its board has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share of the company’s common stock. The declared dividend will be paid on March 16, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 2, 2026.
