Denmark has long been recognised as one of Europe’s most forward-thinking insurance markets, combining a culture of innovation with a commitment to efficiency and customer experience. Building on this reputation, global no-code InsurTech INSTANDA has partnered with Copenhagen-based consultancy Process Factory. This collaboration brings together global technology leadership and local expertise to help Danish insurers and MGAs accelerate their digital ambitions.

By uniting INSTANDA’s cloud-native, no-code policy administration and distribution platform with Process Factory’s deep understanding of Danish insurance operations and integration delivery, the collaboration will enable insurers to design, launch, and scale digital products faster than ever before — increasing agility, reducing complexity, and unlocking new opportunities for growth.

Combining local expertise with global capability

Founded in Denmark, Process Factory is highly regarded as a trusted partner for Nordic insurers and MGAs seeking to modernise their processes and systems. Through this partnership, the Nordic market will benefit from Process Factory’s local knowledge and CONNECTOR PLUS, its proven SaaS Integration Platform that streamlines core insurance processes, combined with INSTANDA’s highly configurable policy administration platform. This will enable Nordic insurers and MGAs to move from idea to live product in weeks, not years.

Susanne Møllegaard, CEO of Process Factory, said: “Our collaboration with INSTANDA represents a powerful step forward not only for our clients, but for the wider Nordic insurance industry. The region has a strong tradition of innovation, yet legacy systems and complex processes can still slow down the launch of new propositions. By bringing together Process Factory’s local expertise and CONNECTOR PLUS framework — which simplifies and accelerates system integration — with INSTANDA’s agile, no-code technology, we can empower Nordic insurers and MGAs to bring ideas to market faster, smarter, and with greater flexibility.”

Innovation at Nordic speed

INSTANDA is designed to meet the needs of modern insurers and MGAs seeking exceptional speed, agility, and scalability — delivering digital, multi-lingual, and multi-currency policy administration that powers growth across markets. With no-code configuration, zero-cost upgrades, and an open integration framework, Nordic insurers and MGAs can rapidly build digital propositions, adapt to market changes, deliver standout customer experiences, and improve operational efficiency — without heavy development or vendor lock-in.

Jonathan Rusby, Sales Director for EMEA at INSTANDA, commented: “Partnering with Process Factory is an exciting milestone in our Nordic journey. They bring deep understanding of the market and a proven track record in guiding insurers and MGAs through transformation. Together, we’ll deliver the speed, flexibility, and scalability that define the future of insurance in the Nordics.”

Supporting long-term transformation

INSTANDA and Process Factory will collaborate to deliver end-to-end transformation projects — from concept design to implementation and continuous optimisation. The partnership will also support future initiatives in product innovation, process automation, and enhanced customer experiences, helping Nordic insurers and MGAs across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland accelerate their digital strategies and strengthen market competitiveness.

“The Nordics continue to lead Europe in digital insurance innovation,” added Rusby. “By partnering with Process Factory, we’re combining local expertise with global strength — helping Nordic insurers and MGAs build a more agile, efficient, and sustainable future.”

Potential U.S. Recession Could Buy Japan More Time as It Faces Debt Implosion, Says Brookings Economist Robin Brooks

The post Potential U.S. Recession Could Buy Japan More Time as It Faces Debt Implosion, Says Brookings Economist Robin Brooks appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. While much of the attention from the crypto and traditional markets remains on the U.S., a recent analysis by a leading economist suggests it’s time to look east. Japan is teetering on the edge of a debt crisis, but a potential recession in the U.S. could provide the land of the rising sun a temporary window of relief, according to Robin Brooks, senior fellow in the Global Economy and Development program at the Brookings Institution. Japan’s debt-to-GDP is a problem For years, Japan has held the highest public debt-to-GDP ratio among advanced economies, consistently hovering above 200%. However, in the post-COVID era marked by massive fiscal spending, investors’ tolerance for such high debt levels has waned. To complicate matters, Japan’s inflation, as measured by the consumer price index (CPI), has surged since mid-2022, bringing inflation rates up to levels not seen since the 1980s. The trend is consistent with the sticky price pressures worldwide. The elevated inflation has pushed government bond yields higher and increased the cost of additional fiscal borrowing. These combined pressures have thrust Japan’s staggering debt-to-GDP ratio of around 240% into the spotlight, effectively boxing the government into a difficult position. Brooks put it best in his latest Substack post: “The bottom line is that exceptionally high government debt is putting Japan in a terrible bind. If Japan sticks with low interest rates, it risks further Yen depreciation, which could cause inflation to run out of control. If it anchors the Yen by allowing yields to rise further, this could put Japan’s debt sustainability at risk.” “This catch-22 means a debt crisis is much closer than people think,” he added. Growing debt concerns could drive investors to alternative financial escape valves such as cryptocurrencies, mainly stablecoins. Japanese startup JPYC is planning to issue the first stablecoin pegged…
