Customer-driven recognition reinforces Sonitor’s leadership in precision location intelligence.

ORLANDO, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#BestinKLAS–Sonitor®, a global leader in healthcare location intelligence, today announced it has been named a Best in KLAS winner in the RTLS category by KLAS Research. This marks the second time in the past three years Sonitor has earned this distinction, based entirely on direct feedback from healthcare organizations.

The Best in KLAS awards recognize vendors that deliver exceptional value through strong partnerships, trusted performance, and measurable outcomes in real-world care environments.

“Healthcare systems are under extraordinary pressure to do more with fewer resources, while maintaining safety, quality, and accountability,” said Matt Crane, CEO of Sonitor. “This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the voice of our customers. Being named Best in KLAS again validates our long-standing commitment to precision, trust, and delivering location intelligence that healthcare teams can depend on every day.”

Sonitor’s continued recognition follows its December expansion of the SonitorONE™ platform, a next-generation enterprise location intelligence solution that unifies precision locating, workflow automation, and analytics. These capabilities help healthcare organizations turn real-time visibility into action across staff safety, asset optimization, patient flow, infection prevention, and compliance.

“The Best in KLAS winners have earned the trust of their customers over the past year. With this recognition, they set the standard for excellence through partnership in healthcare technology and services in the months to come.” – Adam Gale, CEO, KLAS Research
