Solana Hits $140 Can it Reach $200 Next? Digitap ($TAP) is Voted the Best Crypto Presale Of January

Solana ripping past $140 is the market saying crypto is back, and risk-on is winning. Majors look healthy across the board with BTC passing $94,000 and ETH breaking above $3,200. After a bleak finish to 2025, this year already looks much better, and the race is on to find the best cryptos to buy now as another bull leg begins.

Crypto presales are waking up again, and most of the interesting altcoins to buy this year are applications instead of infrastructure projects. Utility is king again, and Digitap ($TAP) has been voted one of the best presales this January.

Raising more than $3.5 million, Digitap’s global money app is already live on iOS and Android, and it is leveraging stablecoins to improve cross-border payments and upgrade basic financial services. If banking becomes a core narrative of 2026, $TAP could become a market leader.

Will SOL hit $200 next? How high will $TAP climb this year? Find out below.

Solana Hits $138: Can SOL Reach $200 Next?

Solana is showing signs of life again, and SOL always captures retail attention when the market flips optimistic. The chart looks great, and after holding $120 as support, SOL has resumed its uptrend, and the next obvious price target is $200.

Crypto’s fastest layer-one blockchain has already proven it can move aggressively when liquidity loosens, and on-chain activity accelerates. The $120 line in the sand attracted long-term bulls, and now, with the RSI trending again, momentum looks favorable for much higher levels.

SOL is a large asset and one of the best bellwethers for overall sentiment. When institutions and retail are bullish on crypto, SOL runs. When the market slows down, SOL also stalls. But with a new Fed chair taking office and geopolitical tensions easing, SOL could easily trade above $200 again by the end of this quarter.

Digitap’s Global Money App

Digitap’s product is built for the next wave of adoption. It wraps crypto rails in a neobank-style interface that feels familiar to non-crypto users, while still giving crypto natives powerful spending tools via its Visa card program.

It offers multi-rail settlement, and users do not need to think about whether their transaction is being sent on a traditional banking rail or blockchain. Digitap is designed to move money as quickly, cheaply, and reliably as possible. Its AI routing engine automatically selects the best path, and this is a serious plumbing upgrade for global finance.

The Visa card, especially the non-KYC version, has already proven highly popular, with thousands of sign-ups. Designed to make on-chain balances usable anywhere, this is a large step towards turning stablecoins into daily money. That last mile is where adoption happens, and Digitap is erasing the line between crypto value and real-world spending.

Digitap also targets cross-border payments, beating incumbents who charge on average 6.4% with its sub 1% fees thanks to blockchain integration. This type of breakthrough can disrupt incumbents at scale, and the Digitap crypto presale looks like the perfect growth story heading into 2026.

$TAP Tokenomics: Value Capture Set to Dominate 2026

Investors have learned the hard way that governance tokens are useless. Tokens need strong fundamentals to survive this year, and $TAP is designed as an ownership layer tied to platform activity. 50% of platform profits are used to reward stakers and burn tokens permanently.

Long-term believers earn even while they sleep, and $TAP’s total supply constantly decreases as the platform scales. In many ways, $TAP looks more like a fintech play than a crypto presale, and this is what most future will probably look like. Value has to be returned to holders, and this structural link between usage and demand is why $TAP’s current price of $0.0411 looks massively undervalued.

Set to increase to $0.0427 soon and with a confirmed listing price of $0.14, the upside from today’s price to listing is more than 3X. Even more impressive is that this crypto presale managed to raise over $3.5 million at the tail end of 2025 when markets looked bleak.

$TAP vs. SOL: Which is the Best Altcoin to Buy?

SOL can absolutely run if the broader market keeps pushing higher. However, SOL is still an infrastructure bet. It is an expression of a market-wide rebound. Digitap is a targeted adoption bet inside the two most durable themes of 2026: stablecoins and cross-border payments.

Solana’s move above $130 is a real signal that crypto is back and another bull leg is beginning. Solana remains one of the leading altcoins to buy for anyone who is long-term bullish, and $200 is easily achievable this quarter.

But the bigger 2026 opportunity is with crypto presales, especially projects focused on real-world utility and bringing stablecoins to the masses. $TAP has a live product, a clean value-capture design, and an ongoing New Year’s sale with special discounts up for grabs. As crypto matures, the application layer should outshine infra, and that’s why $TAP looks better positioned than SOL as 2026 kicks off.

Fed Makes First Rate Cut of the Year, Lowers Rates by 25 Bps

The post Fed Makes First Rate Cut of the Year, Lowers Rates by 25 Bps appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. The Federal Reserve has made its first Fed rate cut this year following today’s FOMC meeting, lowering interest rates by 25 basis points (bps). This comes in line with expectations, while the crypto market awaits Fed Chair Jerome Powell’s speech for guidance on the committee’s stance moving forward. FOMC Makes First Fed Rate Cut This Year With 25 Bps Cut In a press release, the committee announced that it has decided to lower the target range for the federal funds rate by 25 bps from between 4.25% and 4.5% to 4% and 4.25%. This comes in line with expectations as market participants were pricing in a 25 bps cut, as against a 50 bps cut. This marks the first Fed rate cut this year, with the last cut before this coming last year in December. Notably, the Fed also made the first cut last year in September, although it was a 50 bps cut back then. All Fed officials voted in favor of a 25 bps cut except Stephen Miran, who dissented in favor of a 50 bps cut. This rate cut decision comes amid concerns that the labor market may be softening, with recent U.S. jobs data pointing to a weak labor market. The committee noted in the release that job gains have slowed, and that the unemployment rate has edged up but remains low. They added that inflation has moved up and remains somewhat elevated. Fed Chair Jerome Powell had also already signaled at the Jackson Hole Conference that they were likely to lower interest rates with the downside risk in the labor market rising. The committee reiterated this in the release that downside risks to employment have risen. Before the Fed rate cut decision, experts weighed in on whether the FOMC should make a 25 bps cut or…
