‘Bridgerton’ Season 4’s Post-Credits Scene Has A Season 5 Tease

We do not often see that many post-credit scenes in the streaming era, given that you often get that “switch to a little box for the credits” moment that then plugs or auto plays some other related show. But not so in Bridgerton season 4 part 2, where the final scene isn’t just some easter egg, but one of the most important moments of the season. I have no idea why they did this.

It is the actual wedding ceremony between Benedict and Sophie, the thing that, you know, the entire season has been building toward. This shows up about a minute after the last scene ends and the credits begin. Then it runs for two and a half minutes after that.

Again, it seems very weird to put this behind the credits, as X% of people will probably miss it once they flip away after the minute of credits start, but that’s why you read an article like this.

If you were hoping the scene would confirm which sister will walk down the aisle next, that is a literal question asked in this scene, and in the context of the show, obviously no one knows the answer yet. So we don’t get to know either.

This comes in the wake of past confirmations that seasons 5 and 6, already greenlit, will focus on the Eloise and Francesca storylines from the books. They have not yet said in what order that will happen, as Bridgerton does not necessarily operate chronologically in the exact order of the book releases.

Showrunner Jess Brownell has spoken about this before. Here she is talking to Decider:

““You’ll learn really soon [who stars in Bridgerton Season 5], I would say,” Brownell said. “We want to give fans a moment to really celebrate Yerin and Luke and everything they’ve put into this season, but we are starting production very soon on Season 5 and we tend to make an announcement close to the start of production about who the new leads are. So you should expect that this season as well.”

It makes sense that they would want some focus on the actual stars of this season, rather than the singular story coming off the finale being about who was chosen next. But we are close to the start of production for season 5, so we should know soon. Reportedly, that may begin as soon as March, but if not, sometime in the spring, as Netflix and Brownell try to cut down on the gaps between seasons. She’s previously said she doesn’t think it can be less than two years, but we’ll see about season 5.

Altcoins Poised to Benefit from SEC’s New ETF Listing Standards

The post Altcoins Poised to Benefit from SEC’s New ETF Listing Standards appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. On Wednesday, the US SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) took a landmark step in crypto regulation, approving generic listing standards for spot crypto ETFs (exchange-traded funds). This new framework eliminates the case-by-case 19b-4 approval process, streamlining the path for multiple digital asset ETFs to enter the market in the coming weeks. Grayscale’s Multi-Crypto Milestone Sponsored Grayscale secured a first-mover advantage as its Digital Large Cap Fund (GDLC) received approval under the new listing standards. Products that will be traded under the ticker GDLC include Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Solana, and Cardano. “Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund $GDLC was just approved for trading along with the Generic Listing Standards. The Grayscale team is working expeditiously to bring the FIRST multi-crypto asset ETP to market with Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Solana, and Cardano,” wrote Grayscale CEO Peter Mintzberg. The approval marks the US’s first diversified, multi-crypto ETP, signaling a shift toward broader portfolio products rather than single-asset ETFs. Bloomberg’s Eric Balchunas explained that around 12–15 cryptocurrencies now qualify for spot ETF consideration. However, this is contingent on the altcoins having established futures trading on Coinbase Derivatives for at least six months. Sponsored This includes well-known altcoins like Dogecoin (DOGE), Litecoin (LTC), and Chainlink (LINK), alongside the majors already included in Grayscale’s GDLC. Altcoins in the Spotlight Amid New Era of ETF Eligibility Several assets have already met the key condition, regulated futures trading on Coinbase. For example, Solana futures launched in February 2024, making the token eligible as of August 19. “The SEC approved generic ETF listing standards. Assets with a regulated futures contract trading for 6 months qualify for a spot ETF. Solana met this criterion on Aug 19, 6 months after SOL futures launched on Coinbase Derivatives,” SolanaFloor indicated. Sponsored Crypto investors and communities also identified which tokens stand to gain. Chainlink…
